The unique knife and anvil cutting edges are made of high carbon steel to ensure perfect mating and are laser heat-treated for superior cutting edge life. One handle has a dog-leg handle design for a no-slip grip when used to twist or cut wire. Blue handle plastic handle grips complete the tool. Proudly made in the USA.
