The 10-inch x 4-inch green plastic foam pad is securely cemented to the flat aluminum back. The .062-inch aluminum backing is lightweight, yet strong for use on any sand surface. The material is uniquely formulated to smooth out irregularities on the surface and create a coarse texture on plaster and concrete applications. The pad is 3/4-inch thick with a coarse finish that creates a cushioning for considerable wear before replacement. The precisely balanced smooth wood handle provides a comfortable grip.
