The #5 Open Cap Rebar Cutter/Bender Model MBC-16Bis used to manually cut and bend #3 (10mm), #4 (13mm), and #5 (16mm) rebar. This tool comes already mounted on a wood board and its longer handle gives the user greater leverage for both cutting and bending. Additional Features & Benefits Include: a handle that now comes in two sections, longer handle to provide superior leverage, and a cam-shaft fulcrum for getting the correct radius bends. Small enough to fit into job boxes.
