PRODUCT OVERVIEW

MEL-ROL LM is a single-component, polymer-modified, cold-applied, liquid waterproofing membrane. This all-weather product can be applied in conditions as low as 10° F (-12° C). It is ideal for below-grade vertical seamless waterproofing applications. MEL-ROL LM can be used on new and remedial waterproofing applications on both concrete and masonry block substrates. It has excellent adhesion and bond properties and that guarantee water will not run beneath the membrane. MEL-ROL LM has superior elongation and will not become brittle with age. MEL-ROL LM is a low VOC product.
