The Mono Slab® EZ Form Interior Form provides support for sub-slab insulation and minimizes concrete overages. Mono Slab EZ Form is patented for shallow foundation construction for residential homes and offers durability and energy performance. The 18-inch leg is to accommodate a 24-inch slab and the 14-inch leg is to accommodate the 20-inch slab.
