The Mono Slab EZ Form® Adjustable Form is an adjustable Frost-Protected Shallow Foundation form for use with other forms available with this brand. This system also makes it possible to have a shallow form in cold climates and the adjustable Form provides up to 51 inches of frost protection. This is an all-in-one forming and insulation system that allows builders to go from Excavation to framing in mere days. It meets the IRC and IBC codes in all 50 states. Each Adjustable Form is 31.25 inches long by 8 feet wide by 20 inches high.
